K. Traveller Responsibilities

The Traveller is responsible for:

  • Holding a valid passport and any required visas for the destination.
  • Arranging their own travel insurance.
  • Arriving on time for all scheduled departures, transfers, and activities.
  • Following the safety instructions of VanSun Travel staff, guides, and suppliers.
  • Informing VanSun Travel of any allergies, medical conditions, or mobility needs before departure.

L. Documents Forming the Booking

This Booking Agreement should be read together with:

  1. VanSun Travel Terms & Conditions
  2. Confirmed Tour Itinerary
  3. Booking Invoice / Receipt
  4. Applicable consent forms or activity requirements, if any

Together with this Agreement, these documents form the Traveller's complete booking package.

M. Acceptance

By signing this Agreement, the Traveller confirms that:

  • They have reviewed the itinerary shown above.
  • They understand what is included and what is not included in the Tour price.
  • They accept the price and payment schedule shown in Section D.
  • They have reviewed VanSun Travel's cancellation and refund policy.
  • The information provided in this Agreement is accurate.
