VanSun Travel grew out of years of real travel experience across Africa, Asia, Europe, and Canada. From adventure journeys and wildlife trips to unique cultural experiences, we’ve learned what makes a trip truly memorable.
We created VanSun to bring that experience into carefully designed journeys that combine quality, authenticity, and great value. Our goal is simple: to offer well-planned, high-quality travel experiences at fair and competitive prices, supported by trusted local partners and a Canada-based team.
The people on the ground can make or break a journey. That’s why we work closely with a carefully selected network of local guides, drivers, operators, and accommodation partners, many of whom we maintain direct and ongoing relationships with.
Before working with a guide or driver, we review their identification, licences, professional qualifications, required operating permits, experience, and previous work. Wherever applicable, we also verify the documentation of the vehicles used on our tours and review their condition and suitability for the journey.
We choose partners who meet our expectations for professionalism, safety, reliability, communication, and guest care. Our goal is to combine genuine local expertise with the level of organization and accountability our travellers expect from a Canada-based travel company.
For road-based and safari journeys, we also plan for unexpected situations. Where possible, our operations include backup drivers and replacement vehicle arrangements so that a mechanical issue or last-minute change does not unnecessarily disrupt the trip.
Our relationship with our local teams continues throughout the journey. Guides and drivers remain in regular contact with VanSun Travel, providing updates during the trip, reporting any issues or changes, and helping us coordinate solutions when needed.
We also review each trip after completion. Feedback from travellers, guides, drivers, and local partners helps us evaluate every experience and continuously improve the way future VanSun journeys are operated.

VanSun Travel is a travel brand operated by VANSUN STUDIO INC., a corporation incorporated in British Columbia, Canada.
Our travel operations are licensed by Consumer Protection BC, the provincial regulator responsible for licensing travel agents and overseeing applicable consumer protection requirements in British Columbia. We also operate under a valid City of Vancouver Business Licence.
As a Canada-based travel company, we conduct our business in accordance with the applicable laws and regulatory requirements in British Columbia and Canada, including requirements relating to travel services, business operations, financial reporting, and consumer protection.
